What are the payment options?

We currently process all credit and debit cards transactions from this shop through squarepay.

Some schools require a purchase order number attached to the invoice. If your school requires this we can add that manually for you when purchasing.

We also accept ACH bank transfers. This payment option will delay your order 3-5 days until payment clears.

Cash App and Venmo may be available upon request.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on custom printed signs. However in some instances we will gladly replace your signs if....
There is a mistake in any spelling on your sign.
If your sign doesn't read correctly when flipped.
If you received your sign(s) damaged upon arrival. In this case we do have insurance on all shipped items and may require your assistance to get this problem corrected.

What is your Design Time?

Typically designing your signs will only take an hour or so. The faster you respond to our proofs the faster we can make any changes and move on to the next step. It is very helpful to send the name of the school or team and any reference images so we can research color options before we start the initial design process.

What is your Production Time?

Production time varies based on the number of signs in your order. Keep in mind an order for 3 signs when you choose to have them double sided requires 6 prints. We allow these to cure for 12-24 hours depending on the saturation levels and colors. We print all orders placed before 2pm CST on the same day and allow them to dry overnight. After the prints are dry they are laminated and applied to our PVC boards(the back side print is always applied upside down so the sign can be flipped) before being sent off to the CNC machine for cutting. Your signs are then cleaned and boxed up for shipping.

What is your Shipping Time?

We recommend shipping via UPS Ground.
Once your signs are cleaned and boxed up we print the shipping label immediately and schedule a pickup for your package. Once it leaves our hands we can't guarantee the delivery time. NOTE: UPS, FedEx and the USPS are currently helping to deliver Covid Vaccines and have been running behind. USPS is currently a week or more behind while UPS and FedEx are currently still on schedule.
We can offer expedited shipping upon request if you require a faster delivery. Currently we charge a flat rate for our shipping charges but if you choose an expedited shipping option you will need to contact us for a custom shipping quote before ordering.

Can you cut custom shaped signs?

Yes! We can print and cut virtually any shape. With our state of the art CNC Machine and Vision System we can cut any shape you can imagine from mascots to individual letters.

What are your cheer signs made from?

We use Palight PVC for all of our custom cheer signs. It is very rigid and solid and measure 1/4" thick. It is commonly used in the sign industry for both indoor and out door signs. While most of our competitors use ultra board or coroplast we choose to use PVC for numerous reasons and offer it at a comparable price to our competitors.

How will my cheer signs be printed?

When you choose us to make your cheer signs they will be printed with a Mutoh brand eco solvent printer onto 3M media and laminated with a gloss overlaminate before being mounted to a PVC substrate.

Will my cheer signs be waterproof?

Yes! By combining the use of PVC substrates, eco solvent inks and overlaminate your signs will be 100% waterproof.
